A little while back, I went through the interview of Tiger Analytics Chennai, India, and here I am sharing my experience with everyone. In total there were 2 rounds (1 written + 1 Technical and HR)

Every round is an elimination round.

Round-1(Aptitude, Technical questions, and 3 Coding Questions): This round is a huge elimination round as out of all students( ECE +CSE+IT) combined only two candidates were shortlisted for the last round i.e., the interview round.

Round-2(Technical Interview + HR): This round was also conducted on the same platform as that of the previous round. It was a one-on-one meeting, where at first I was asked to introduce myself. And then there was an embedded compiler on that very platform, where the questions were on the left pane and I had to code on the right pane, similar to GeeksforGeeks IDE. Here I was given three coding questions:

After this, I was asked pretty basic aptitude questions from probability and cards.

After 2-3 working days results were out and both of us who appeared for the interview were offered an Internship + FTE for an Analyst role.

Tips:

  • Make a good intro for yourself. Do some research about the company and add it to your intro in the section where you state what type of team you want to join.
  • Stay calm and don’t show that you are nervous. It’s completely okay if you don’t know an answer to a particular question.
  • If you get stuck they will provide you with enough hints.
  • You should be prepared to answer questions on the topics you mentioned in your resume.

They will make you feel comfortable and it won’t even feel like an interview. So just be bold and confident, and you will crack it. Good Luck!
