TCS Interview Experience

Firstly, I attended TCS NQT exam from morning 9-10.25 am and was able to solve all aptitude question and had to leave the exam because on the same day  I had Ey on campus exam from 10.30 am.. So due to which I was not able to go on Coding section.

After 10-15 days, I got the mail congratulations You have cleared first round and have to attend Interview.

Next mail was about interview schedule which was very next day from 12.00 pm -12.30pm and on the very same day at mid night around 11 I got a mail to submit my documents before 8 am which should contain my college id card, 10th,12th and college till date semester Marksheets in a pdf in sequential manner. 

Now after all this Next day: –

There were two people one as Hr and one maa’m as technical. As I joined at 11.50 and waited there until 12.05. No one joined then He called me and asked where are you we are waiting in the session. I told him that I was already there then he said to refresh my session, it might be expired so log in again. After doing so, I found both of them sitting in the lobby. Then he asked my PAN card for verification. 

After that Technical round started:

• First Intro
• Then she asked ” Your domain is python, right? So, what do u know about AI and how it’s related to python?
• Can you send an email through python? 
• Then she asked do u know SMTP. 
• Do you know HTML?   
• With what link you will add an audio file to your HTML in HTML all audio files can’t be added. for example, you are creating a page and there is one point where u click and it starts playing, to do so what you will do?
• Then she asked, “are u comfortable in DBMS? “
• BCNF
• Method Overloading
• Then she asked ” In which concept does method overloading comes? As you have heard abstraction, polymorphism, inheritance.. in which it come?”
• Do u know stack-LIFO?
• What are its functions and features of it? 
• Apart from any technical skills do u have any other interests or hobbies?
• I replied about traveling, photography, etc.
• Then she asked you to share your experience at the last place where you visited. After that technical was over.

HR: Now He asked me the following questions

• About the night shift, 
• Relocation,
• 1-year bond, 
• And if violated then fine.
• After that have you scored below 60% in education?
• Any year lag, gap, or back?

That’s all.

After a few days, I got a congratulations mail on my selection.
