Subject Wise Weightage for the GATE CS exam little bit varies from year to year. Subject-wise weightage gives a comprehensive understanding of Computer Science fundamentals to the candidates so that candidates can prioritize the subjects. It also helps us understand that on which subject we have to focus more according to our academic knowledge. In this article, we will focus on mainly the priority of subjects according to their weightage in the GATE Exam.
There are a total of 65 questions in the GATE CS exam with a maximum marks of 100 each question is either carrying 1 or 2 marks. The total GATE exam is divided into 3 parts:

- General Aptitude
- CS Subjects
