Silver Sky Technology Interview Experience (On-Campus)

I got mail that Silver Sky Technology is going to hold a campus drive on the 16th of October. It was an On-campus drive. there are four rounds here.

Round 1: MCQ (easy )

It was the first round of Silver Sky Technology. In this round there are 31 questions based on aptitude and technical mcq (mostly output based on C) that happened physically from the college system and mobile phones are strictly prohibited.

The time duration for this round is 45 minutes.

Round 2: Coding Round (easy)

After 30-45 minutes we got the result of the first round and I was selected for the next round, which was the coding round. The second round is also done on the same day. In this round, there are 4 coding problems and If you have solved at least 80-100 Leetcode problems it is a cakewalk for you.

The first question is based on the OOPS concept. Basically, you have to create a data structure using a class a create its object and then make a function and pass that as an argument.

The second question is also easy. Basically, the problem statement is too big but the solution is very easy. The last two questions were output based on C language. Basically, they are pattern-type questions so they are also but they involve a lot of calculation and understanding.

We were advised to go home Remaining 2 rounds will be held tomorrow. On the same day, we got the result and I was again selected for the next round.

Round 3: Coding Round (medium)

On the next day we again go through with a coding round. In this round basically they’ve given the problem statement on paper and we have to write the code for that in an online editor again as previous rounds of mobile phone, laptop and notebooks/bags are not allowed. The problem statement is lengthy but It is not hard. Basically if your basics are clear you can easily solve it.

Time duration for this round is around 30 minutes but I solved it in only 10 minutes. After around 40 minutes we got the result. I was again selected for the last round, which was Technical Interview (TR).

Round 4 : Technical + HR Round

It was the last round and because I’ve solved the previous round very early, my interview is scheduled after 3 candidates. The Interviewer was very nice and actually he had a good knowledge of programming. So first of all he asked me to introduce myself and then he gave me a programming problem based on patterns. It is not so hard but actually I have solved pattern problems in 1st year after that I’ve practised it. So I got to the solution but It was not working with all the testcases, and after 4-5 minutes he advised me to leave that problem and then numerous questions asked from my resume and project and in-depth questions were asked from my tech stack. Also lots of questions were asked from OOP concepts, basically tricky questions and theory as well. I’ve also mentioned Node js and react js so he asked me about props , useState, api’s , http code, http methods , about postman numerous question were asked from mern stack and at last he asked me hr question like ready to relocate , how you will manage relocation ? Tell me about your family, why should we hire you? What is your native place? And so on .

Basically the interview was a little tough because most of the questions were asked based on in-depth topics and tricky questions.

At the end Interviewer had told me that you have good knowledge of programming and fundamentals but be an expert on any technology . If we hire you, you have to work hard and you have to learn and you have to focus on only one technology. So basically I love his suggestion.

The hiring team have already told us that the result will be declared after 4 days and after 4 days we got the result and I was selected.
