RJIT Interview Experience

Hello Everyone, I am currently pursuing my B.Tech from Rustam ji Institute of Technology in Computer Science of Engineering. This college is situated in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Stepping into the world of interviews can be a daunting experience, especially when it marks your first encounter with the nerve-wracking process. For me, the opportunity arose through RJIT GEEKS, a club at RJIT dedicated to nurturing coding enthusiasts. Little did I know, this journey would be both challenging and immensely rewarding.

About Interview

At RJIT, the culture of knowledge sharing and mentorship thrives within the club, where second-year students impart coding wisdom to eager first-years. It was through this channel that I delved into the realm of programming, guided by dedicated seniors who fueled my passion for coding. After successfully navigating through coding exams, the next hurdle presented itself in the form of an interview. Conducted by esteemed alumni, Shubham Devrani and Varad Khokle, who had forged their paths into Siemens and Delight Company respectively, the interview marked a pivotal moment in my journey. The interview unfolded virtually, courtesy of Google Meet, casting a spotlight on my apprehension and excitement. As questions delved into topics like strings and conditional statements, I found solace in my preparation and determination to showcase my skills.

Mirroring my own feelings, the outcome of the interview was a testament to perseverance and dedication. Out of 28 hopeful candidates, only three emerged victorious, among them, my roommates and me. This victory not only secured our positions in the club but also strengthened the bond among us as we embarked on this journey together. The feedback provided by Shubham Devrani further fueled my confidence, emphasizing the value placed on skill and performance. With this endorsement, I stepped into my role within RJIT GEEKS with renewed vigor, ready to contribute and learn alongside fellow enthusiasts.

However, the journey didn’t end there. Emboldened by this experience, I ventured into an offline interview for the Robotics Club, eager to explore new horizons and share my experiences in the next chapter of my journey. As I reflect on my first interview experience, I am reminded of the transformative power of perseverance and mentorship. Through the support of my seniors and peers, I navigated the challenges of the interview process, emerging stronger and more determined than before. With RJIT GEEKS as my newfound home, I am excited to embrace the opportunities that lie ahead, fueled by the passion for coding instilled within me.

In the pursuit of knowledge and growth, each interview becomes not just a milestone but a stepping stone towards realizing one’s potential. And with each step, I am reminded that the journey is as enriching as the destination itself.
