Publicis Sapient visited our campus for hiring in the month of September 2022. The selection process consists of 3 rounds. They are

  1. Coding test
  2. Technical interview
  3. Core values interview

Round 1: Coding Test

There are 2 coding questions one is the 0/1 knapsack problem and the other one is on graphs. I was able to solve one question and another question with some test cases passed. Luckily, I got selected for the next round.

Round 2: Technical Interview

This round went on for about one hour. All questions were asked from the resume and covered all the subjects from engineering OS, DBMS, Software engineering, DS, SQL, CN, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, etc.

  • Live Coding question to print yesterday, today, tomorrow’s date in dd/mm/yyyy format in java only(complete approach)
  • Live coding question to print the duplicate numbers in an array only in java.
  • Coding question to sort an array using binary search in java

This round was bit difficult and I answered almost 90% as of my knowledge. Every thing is based on resume. On the same day results were out and I got selected for Core values interview.

Round 3: Core Values Interview

This round was different and interesting. Started with the self introduction and then the questions I was given were lot of scenarios and puzzling my answers. They were on time management, team working, work importance, bored of doing same tasks then what do you do etc. Think clearly, understand thoroughly and answer based on situations how you deal with them. This went for 45 minutes.

Final result was I got selected.

Suggestions:

1.Try solving one questing in coding round.

2.Be very honest to interviewer if you do not know some of the questions say you are going to know right after this. Do not pretend.

3.Give your best. Pour all your learnings out in interview. You will definitely succeed. All the best.
