Job profile– Content Writer

Eligibility–

• Must have a degree in any specialization
• Minimum 60% of academic score(X, XII,degree)
• Should not have an active backlog at the time of applying
• Have an excellent written and oral communication

How to Apply: To apply Off-Campus either directly reach out to the recruiters on LinkedIn or an easy way would be through Internshala or you can apply through their careers page as well.

Easy tips: If you are applying through Internshala or LinkedIn make a stand-out resume and try to gain some knowledge prepare 2-3 sample articles and attach them with your resume which increases your chances of getting shortlisted.

Total number of Rounds – There is a total of 4 rounds, And each one is an elimination round.

Round 1(Article writing assignment):

Once your profile gets shortlisted you will be given a Word document that consists of 3 article topics on which you have to write the article and share the same with them once completed. You will get 5 days’ time to complete that article with the document name as your name and initial.

Sample article topics:

• Heart attacks in India
• Recession in the U.S. and its Effects on India
• Crypto/blockchain
• Natural benefits of tangerines
• Technology

Tips to clear:

1. Use SEO-based keywords
2. The article word count should be a minimum of 500
3. Use the Main heading, sub-heading, and a conclusion
4. Align the text properly to avoid any spelling mistakes

Round 2 (Telephonic Interview): Only those who clear the first round will get a call directly from HR and will ask you some HR questions then if you clear this round they will arrange a technical interview which is the 3rd round.

Tips to clear:

1. Prepare your Introduction part properly.
2. Have good oral communication.
3. Do a little bit of research on the company.

Round 3(Technical Interview):

In this round, you will have a technical interview with the team for around half an hour. You can expect the following type of questions in the interview.

1. Introduce yourself
2. Why do you want to choose our company
3. What is SEO
4. what is keyword research
5. what are the types of keywords
6. What is your favorite niche and why
7. What are your hobbies
8. How do you search for the content
9. What do you know about plagiarism
10. What are your hobbies
11. Any questions

Round 4(HR Interview): This is the final round of the interview once you clear this round you will get the offer letter the best part is if the candidate fails this round they will get an Amazon gif voucher worth Rs.500 as compensation from their end not many companies are doing this but at the end, they are recognizing our effort.

You can expect the following questions in the final interview. Time duration – 8-10 minutes

3. What are your salary expectations
4. Can you meet the deadlines
5. You are expected to have learning zeal
