Lovely Professional University Admission Experience for Btech

For admission in any engineering colleges in India. It mainly depend on three criteria

1. On the basis of JEE
2. On the basis of state level entry exam
3. On the basis of entrance exam conducted by that respective university
4. On the basis of your 12th class examination

Now coming to my experience

I had opted for the admission in the BTECH CSE in Lovely Professional University,Punjab for which i got scholarship on the basis on my jee percentile only. With every year the scholarship vary.

For the year 2023-2024 the scholarship according to the candidate having

1. 95% and more in 12 class will get 30% scholarship
2. 90-94.9% will get 25% scholarship
3. less than 90% will get 20% scholarship

And same with the jee percentile just in place of percentage jee percentile will come like the 95 percentile

The scholarship is based on the phase round in which you are getting admission like the above scholarship is of phase 1 in phase2 it decrease a little

1. 95% and more in 12 class will get 28% scholarship
2. 90-94.9% will get 23% scholarship
3. less than 90% will get 18% scholarship

For candidate of defense personnel/widow/or any other defense personal

• You will get scholarship of 20% without giving any entrance test.

But if you are a sportsperson and won any medal at national level then there is no hostel fee, no course fee it’s 100% scholarship

Or if you get selected for the university team of any sports criteria you will get 100% course fee scholarship but you have to pay a hostel fee.
