Kritikal Solutions Interview Experience for Software Engineer

Round 1: Technical Round
It consisted of 2 sets of MCQs (one consisted of core subjects like OOPS and DBMS and the other consisted of questions related to Image processing). The third set consisted of 2 DSA problems.
One was related to Dynamic programming and the other was on binary search. The catch here was that we were asked to write the code on paper and the company officials were present in the hall.

I was able to solve both the DSA problems easily they were of medium to easy difficulty. I cleared the 1st round.

Round 2: Technical Interview

It was a face-to-face interview. The interview started with my introduction, then the interviewer started asking me about my projects. The interviewer seemed impressed with my explanation. Then he asked me a few questions on javascript and react.js.
After, that he gave me a DSA problem to solve. I had already solved it, but still, I started with the brute-force approach and then gave the best solution. He looked impressed. He didn’t ask me any questions related to core subjects, although he asked other candidates.
I cleared this round as well.

Round 3: HR Round

HR round was conducted in online mode. It started with my introduction, then she asked me a couple of situation-based questions. She was impressed with my answers. Then she started discussing the job location and gave me other information about the company. I was able to clear this round as well.

All the candidates that were selected for the HR round were selected except 2-3 candidates.

Verdict: I was given the offer
