Khoros Interview Experience for FTE

Round 1: 

We were given 40 logical questions and had to solve those questions in 20 minutes. Depending on how many you answer correctly, you will be shortlisted. 
20 students were shortlisted after this round. 

Round 2 (Technical Round):

I was asked to code (whiteboarding) 2 questions and they were of moderate level.

1) Delete Duplicate numbers from a linked list.

2) The same question as above, but with slight modification. 

The interviewer might see how your approach to the problem is, your code need not be entirely correct. My interviewer gave me some ideas while I was coding to see how I would handle them.

Round 3 ( Managerial Round):

I was asked some questions based on my resume. 

1) To explain the most challenging project from my resume. 

2) Scope of my Final Year Project. 

3) How I would manage a team.

..and a few other basic questions. 

Round 4 (HR Round):

HR round was very basic and the interviewer wanted to see how we interacted. General questions like “Why should we hire you?”, “Why Khoros?”, etc. were asked. 

After all the rounds, 4 people were selected, and fortunately, I was one among them.
