I am a student of the Institute Of Technical Education and Research, Bhubaneshwar and this is my College Journey. Follow along as I unveil my college chronicles, navigating admission paperwork and procedures to embark on this transformative chapter of my life.

Admission Process

It was a tiresome journey and it all started when I filled out the Admission form for this college. The Form didn’t contain complicated details and contained the most basic information that is needed for admission to the college. I had my JEE and other college exams as well, but I was fascinated because of all of the Research Work done by the head of the department of CSE.

The SAAT Exam was the Entrance exam conducted by the College. It was an Online Proctored Exam Conducted using the SAB Tool.
I got the news that my application for Provisional Admission had been accepted by the institution. I was Elated the hear the news of me getting 95 %ile in the entrance exam. Without any second thought, I chose to Submit the demanded fee for registering a seat in this prestigious college.

I had the privilege to visit the college in June 2023, after my Admission. I came to a new City, it was so unfamiliar back then, such a clean and organized city – Bhubaneshwar. My First Impression of the College – “WOW”. It was not the largest of the colleges but so beautiful. It has now become a second home for me. It had every basic Facility which a student could need throughout his college life. I also had the opportunity to Interact with My Role Model, The HOD of the CSE Department, Mrs. Debahuti Mishra as well as the Head of the Placement Cell, It was once in a lifetime opportunity that I will never forget.

I visited College again when i had received a mail for the final admission where i had to pay the academic fees and submit Important Documents which are required in the process . I had also been made to sign an anti-ragging document for which i had to make an affidavit from the Civil Court , which made parents assured that the college was Ragging-free and their children are safe while they are away from home .

On the Day of Final Admission , It was a lot of rush as we had to go from one seminar hall to another to complete the examination process . Each Seminar Hall had been divided to do a set of task that included Document Submission , Identity Verification , 1st Semester Fees Submission , Hostel Fee Submission , ID Card Photo Room , etc .

Hostel allotment had also been done on the same date for me , students who want to avail PG can do so as their are many PG’s just outside the college . ITER Road is filled with many shops which satisfy any particular needs of a student so that they don’t have to go that far .
