Infosys Interview Experience 2021

My first face-to-face job interview with Infosys. I was so nervous cause it’s my dream to get a job in Infosys.I had prepared a lot from the ‘Geeksforgeeks’ website. They have special sessions for freshers so I referred to their Interview Questions and become confident about my programming skill.

  • The interview starts with a self-introduction. Then interviewer brings me to the questions directly.
  • Interviewer: What’s your favorite programming language?
  • Me: I answered Python.
  • Interviewer: Explain Recursion?
  • Me: I answered.
  • Interviewer: Explain Anonymous Function?
  • Me: I gave them a formal definition and use of this function.
  • Interviewer: What is pass in Python?
  • Me: The pass keyword represents a null operation in Python and is then explained with examples.
  • Interviewer: Write a code to Scope Resolution in Python?
  • Me: I wrote.
  • Interviewer: Explain your final year project?
  • Me: I explained my ‘ Library System ‘ project in detail like what is the purpose of using its advantages, disadvantages, real-time use, etc and he liked my explanation.
  • And So many questions.
  • On the performance basis of these, I was shortlisted for my dream job.

Tips :

  • Be confident
  • Well, prepare for your interview.
  • Try to write neat and clean code.
  • Focus on communication skills as well as sit posture.
  • Don’t be afraid to reask questions.
  • Well, Dress for the job or company.
  • Don’t talk too much or laugh.
  • Don’t be too familiar.
  • Talk informal language.
