HPC Sphere Pvt Ltd Interview Experience

Hey, I recently applied for an internship at Internshalla. You know it is a well-known platform that ensures an internship for every candidate. So, hopping the same I applied at HPC Sphere (HPC Sphere Pvt Ltd ). I got a reply asking for various tests. The interview round was divided into three categories.

1.) Aptitude Round

20 aptitude questions were asked along with 2 coding questions and the allotted time was 30 minutes for the aptitude and 1 hour for the coding questions. They had their own proctored website for the same. The aptitude questions included Logical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, and some basic mathematic questions. I had one question from Array which asked the minimum sum of a sub-array and the next question was on counting the occurrence of every element in an array. Hopefully, the questions were easy and I could complete the test within 1 hour 15 mins. Within 2 days, I got an E-mail for the selection in Round 2.

2.) Technical Round

Basically, the name given was a technical round but it was a coding round containing 4 questions with the allotted time of 2 hours. The questions were on Arrays, Strings, and pattern printing. The best (strange) thing was that it had no time complexity limitations as I still remember I did the pattern printing question in O(n3). Hopefully, I was able to do all 4 questions in the allotted time and again got a mail of selection into the final round.

3.) HR Round

If u are really good at communicating with people, this will be the easiest round for you. Trust me. So, I had a conversation with the company’s HR on a Microsoft Teams link, asking for my intro. I went on with the flow and the HR was quite impressed. Furthermore, asking questions about my family background, and my hobbies, the HR concluded with a final question – “Do you have the NOC(No Objection Certificate) from the college?
