Harman Interview Experience (On-Campus) 2024

Harman visited our college to hire students for full-time roles.
The criteria for shortlisting for OA were: They only selected people having CGPA in the range of 7.3 to 8.3

Round 1: [Online Assessment]

It comprised multiple choice questions (MCQs) that covered core subjects. The level of difficulty was intermediate.

Coming to coding questions, it was relatively tough. One question that was asked was of Dynamic Programming too.

Round 2: [Technical Interview Round]

Out of many students who took the test, 35 were selected for this round.

This round was online. The questions varied from interviewer to Interviewer. However, they started with basic questions. Starting from basic questions like prime numbers, Fibonacci, etc. First, the iterative code was asked then further the recursive code was asked as well. They asked questions from core subjects as well. The core subjects from which most of the questions were are CN, OS, OOPs, and DBMS. For the people belonging to Core branches, they asked some core-related questions as well.

Round 3: [HR Interview Round]

This round covered some HR-type questions as well as some technical questions. The question in this round was relatively simple and were there to test whether you’re a good fit for the company or not.

Finally, they selected 8 students were selected in total from our college.
