Harsco Enviri Interview Experience For Cloud Engineer (On-Campus)

Initially, we had a preplacement talk held on campus. The Talent acquisition team has arrived and explained to us about the company, their requirements etc.

The role offered to us was Cloud Engineer.

After the ppt, we had an assessment on cloud technology specifically focusing on Azure cloud. There were only MCQs and no coding questions.

After 10 to 15 days, they have announced the shortlist of the assessment. Out of 130 students, they shortlisted 30 students only and I was one of them.

All 30 of us went to the company office to attend the interview in person.

The office was too good and it was very spacious. It has a great ambience to work.

Interview process :

First, we had an HR round.

The questions asked were:

• Tell me about yourself.
• Which programming language are you good at and why?
• Are hackathons good or bad?
• Tell me something about you that is not in the resume.
• Where do you stay?
• Some situational-based questions?
• About my project not in-depth?

Then we had a technical round.

In this round, the questions asked are :

• Tell me about yourself.
• Your projects in depth.
• Why did you choose cloud technology over development?
• What are the types of clouds?
• What are the services provided by the cloud?
• Difference between HTTP and HTTPS.

The technical interview went easily. The interviewer was very friendly with me.

After the two rounds, it was already late evening and the team told us all to leave for the day they said they would conduct one more HR round which would be the final. Out of 30 students, only 5 got shortlisted for the final round. I could not make it to the final round.

The final HR round was conducted in online mode after 5 days.

The questions asked by him were again similar to the first round.

After 3 days of the final HR round, all five students were selected for the company.
