Harman International Interview Experience for Android Developer

There I am sharing my interview experience with Harman International that I gave on 17/01/2023, I hope that would help you prepare for the same.

Round 0: I got a call from Naukri.com and asked to select an interview date

Round -1(Technical Interview Round)

• What was my role in my last company? this was the first question that the interviewer asked and many follow-up questions related to my role in my last company like what was your contribution to projects and how you bring modularity to projects, what all technologies you used during projects
• I selected Java as programming so there was one question on java, write a program to count the total number of objects created for a class, and two or three follow-up questions over it. (link for the question)
• Now, Interviewer asked many Android conceptual theory-based questions like-  
  • What is the difference b/w relational layout and constraint layout?
  • Types of broadcast receivers and two examples for each type of broadcast receivers
  • Android Components and their real-life uses
  • What projects you did do in Android?
  • Did you work with AI in android?

Tips: The interview was pretty easy, there were more questions about yourself, so be ready for those questions and prepare for that and take the interview as a general discussion, Good Luck! )
