Government Polytechnic Addanki Campus Experience

College Experience:

I’m from Nellore City. i’m an introvert person after completing my 10th Standard I have decided to join some particular course which teach me about the upcoming technology, So I have done my research what are the ways and how many ways are there after completing 10th. On one side I have decided to write AP Polycet Examination. To join diploma in electronics and communication engineering branch particularly to explore the technology along with the electronics. In counseling, In 2019 I got into this college Government Polytechnic Addanki Which is having only two branches they are ECE and CME.

Basically, I am poor at math, When I went to college the college infrastructure was very good new building was recently constructed but the one flaw is there is no hostel inside the college I have to live outside the college is 5KM far from Addanki. So I need to travel daily using bus facilities, With the help of ECE HOD I got the seat at BC hostel which is very worst hostel I have ever seen. When my father came to drop me at the hostel after seeing the hostel my father’s reaction was like “could you stay here..?”, Then I replied, “I need to be”. 

Then my journey started at Government Polytechnic Addanki

Due to staying out of college, I have become a useless person, I have never studied in my first year I neglected my studies Bunked colleges doing extracurricular activities, and faced so many hurdles due to bad hostel and seniors ragging But all these things make me stronger, Then I have decided to work somewhere to earn money and knowledge at the same time then I got a part-time job at Xerox shop I learned how to use a Xerox Machine, I have learned how to use the system efficiently I have learned so many things but I didn’t study well my attendance percentage was 75.5% I just eligible to write exams. 

Then Covid-19 arrived

I was written my Semester exams at my hometown I didn’t written well and I got three backlogs. Then I started looking at myself I realized that my family condition was not so good so I need to study I need to back to track so I started From then at that time I tried to convince my parents to buy me a laptop for my education but they refused to buy at last by seeing my performance in 3rd semester they bought me the laptop at the starting of 4th semester But still covid 19 is put my home due to lockdown, but the syllabus encouraged me very well of the 4th semester in 4th-semester various technical element was introduced to me like C programming microprocessors microcontrollers, etc then I started using my laptop I was the only person who is online at any time in the lockdown I used my laptop very well and I scored well in the 4th semester by Studying.

After completing the 4th semester my industrial training was started Due to covid College people didn’t send us to industry for training they planned to stay at the college for training they started online training using Cisco, at that time I used to meet the other branch friends I used to sit in CME branch labs and Classes I was Interested about the technology so I sit there and learn Web Technologies HTML and CSS at starting One of my friend in CME branch was helped me a lot to learn all those things Then I started making some websites at the time of industrial training parallelly I have completed Cisco training I have secured 285 marks out of 300 in industrial training.

Then I entered my Final semester in the college at that time all the lecturers were suddenly got transferred and we got all new lectures who are from other districts then I went to them for making interaction then I make them mark their minds like I’m an enthusiastic student about technology I showed them about my portfolio how I worked in past semesters how I got scored and all those things they impressed very well and one lecture gave me an offer as an assistant lecturer while I’m studying at the college yes I’m not bluffing it’s true I got that offer actually for teaching micro process and microcontrollers along with assembly language programming. I have mentored my own classmates with the lecture about my process microcontrollers and how they works even though we work together in the laboratory and I Topped the Exam 

While my external exams are ongoing due to my special interest on me my lecturers are used to give me more than one experiment like all other students got only one experiment but when I finished my experiment he said you are a special guy right so you need to take another experiment and finish it after I’m finishing that he gave me another experiment so totally I have completed three experiments in three hours but my classmates were completed only one experiment in three hours not only practical I have also completed theory part of like we need to write the title of the experiment requirements and some theory part circuit program etc.

This thing will make you laugh I think, how much time will it take to complete a viva interview max 2-5 min right..?

But my lecturer send to the external viva examiner that he should ask me questions nonstop for around 45 minutes as theory exam preparation, I was looked at with a shocked expression, anyhow but I need to give responses for around 45 minutes he asked about all questions on the topics of microprocessors microphone columns and assembly language programming and also he asked to write some counter programs on paper at the time so this is how my lab examination was ended my final year was very precious to me that’s the year I Shined and got value among lectures.

At last, I have also formed college alumni and I am the student head of the alumni you can check out in LinkedIn search for the college name ‘Government Polytechnic Addanki’.

After completing three years at my college I was like if these three years of my life do not exist there is nothing to say in my life there is nothing that happened in my life these three years were the most precious days in my life I have learned what is left I have learned how to make money I have learned how to study I have learned so many things this college give me this much experience I definitely suggest this call is to study.
