Government Polytechnic Awasari Campus Experience

When our 10th-grade results were out in June, I received a 90% on that exam. I was so excited to enroll in a specific course related to computer technologies, so I filled out the online application and registered for the polytechnic college admissions process. Since I Lived in Pune, I Wanted To Get into the Government Polytechnic Pune, The Most Renowned Polytechnic College, But Sadly, That Year The Cutoff Was Increased So I Didn’t Get into That College. When College Allocation Results Were Out, I Was Just A Depressed Because I Got College ‘Government Polytechnic Awasari’. I literally knew nothing about that college, so I began researching it online, but it was still not worth it, so I decided to visit the campus. The following day, I visited the college, and the moment I saw the campus’s buildings and infrastructure, I was immediately impressed because it was so vast and orderly. and I confirm my admittance to the ‘government Polytechnic Awasari ‘ after changing my mind.

The Campus :

Although the college campus is not particularly large, it is a highly tidy and well-organized building. All of the college’s programs are held in the culture center, which is located in the center of the building’s circular structure. The college offers a total of six branches. There is a designated space for each department. The E&TC branch is located at the entrance on the left, and the Principles Cabin is located on the right. In a college, a central library is accessible. Also available near the parking lot is the college canteen. Rural Awasari is less populated and closer to nature than urban areas. There are two girls’ hostels on the left side of the college building, and there are two boys’ dormitories on the right. To get admitted to either hostel, there is a set percentage requirement. There are private hostels in the neighborhood.

Academics:

Because the college is part of MSBTE, its curriculum and course requirements are identical to those of other polytechnic institutions. As for the personnel, they tend to be more theoretically oriented, so if you want to learn practical skills, you must do so on your own. Good practical labs and practicals are taken by personnel. Colleges provide students with resources like libraries, labs, and other tools to help them with their academic goals. Every semester, every subject will have a microproject that will aid in the development of practical knowledge in that field.

The Extracurricular Activities:

The institution organizes several extracurricular events, including the annual Gathering and the largest dance and singing competition, the “Bhimashanakr Karandak,” in which numerous college students compete. Every department holds several activities, such as poster competitions, quizzes, and project competitions, in which any department student may participate. Colleges organize a lot of sporting events as well. My favorite activity was the Shivjayati Festival, which the students themselves planned where different teams formed, and where we were taught various methods by special trainers. This event was really fantastic; I loved and learned a lot from it.

The challenges :

The biggest challenge I faced was traveling because there weren’t many stationery stores, snack shops, hospitals, or clothing stores in Awasari. Instead, we had to take an auto to Manchar City, which is 3 kilometers from the college and has everything we need. It is difficult to find a vehicle to travel from Manchar to the institution, even at 8 or 9 p.m.

After three years at this college, I can say with certainty that these three years were important ones in my life. During those three years, I made many friends and connected with many staff members, seniors, and juniors. My decision to enroll in that college was one I never looked back on because it gave me so many positive and negative experiences that I will never forget in my life. For me, those three years were golden. I will unquestionably recommend this college to you.
