Google Developer Students Club Lead (GDSC) Interview Experience

Talking about the interview day 

On the day of the interview, I joined the virtual meeting at 8:35 pm sharp, as per the schedule provided by the interviewer. I made sure t log in a few minutes earlier to ensure that my audio and video were working correctly.

The interviewer greeted me warmly and introduced themselves, and we began the interview process. We started with some general questions about my background and experience and then moved on to more specific questions related to the position I had applied for.

He asked me some general questions about myself which are like that 

Introduction:
Briefly introduce yourself and state that you are interested in becoming the Student Lead for the DSC.

Why do you want to become the Student Lead for the DSC:
Explain your motivation for wanting to become the Student Lead, highlighting any previous experience you may have had with similar roles, leadership, or management positions.

Experience with Mobile Application and Web Development:
 Discuss your experience in developing mobile applications and websites, highlighting any specific projects you have worked on and the technologies you have used.

Interests and Passions:
Explain your personal interests and passions and how they align with the goals and objectives of the DSC. For instance, if you have a passion for social impact, explain how you could leverage the DSC to make a positive change in your community.

Types of skills that students have on campus and skills that are missing:
Analyze the skills that students on campus possess, including technical, business, and soft skills, and discuss any skills that may be lacking. 
Suggest how the DSC can help students to develop those missing skills.

Experience with events:
Discuss your experience with organizing and promoting events, including event design, marketing, and management. 
Highlight any successful events you have organized in the past, along with the publicity or PR activities you carried out to promote them.

The team selection for lead :

 And the most important question is how do you select the member of your team  like on which basis do you select your team member in your college 

Networks in the college:
Explain your current relationships with other students and faculty members on campus, and how you plan to leverage those relationships to promote the DSC’s activities and initiatives.

Understanding of the local ecosystem:
Discuss your understanding of the local ecosystem and the challenges and opportunities it presents. 
Explain how the DSC can play a role in promoting technology and entrepreneurship in the local community.

Challenges in pursuing initiatives in your college:
Identify any challenges that may hinder the DSC’s initiatives and suggest ways to overcome them. 
 Highlight any past experiences where you have successfully navigated similar challenges.

Intention :

 In the middle of a conversation, he asks me a very interesting question you are joining the gods for yourself or for your college so before answering these questions you have very attentive.

Conclusion:
– Reiterate your motivation for wanting to become the Student Lead for the DSC and how you can contribute to the organization’s success.

 At the last, he asks me ‘Do you have any questions for me ‘

 and then he says it’s a nice conversation with you.

 KEEP ONE THING IN MIND YOU HAVE A CLEAR GOAL FOR WHAT PURPOSE YOU ARE WANTED TO JOIN GDSE
