Flowserve Interview Experience for GET

Round 1 Screening test

This round was a written test that had 52 multiple-choice questions that were to be solved in 45 mins. Questions were from topics like KCL, KVL, resistance, capacitance, Motors, C programming concepts, etc. Only if you clear this round, you will be considered for the next rounds.

Round 2 Technical interview

The technical interview was totally focused on my resume and projects. I was later asked about control parameters, what resistance and capacitance are, and the various control algorithms. This round centered mostly around the projects I had mentioned in my resume.

Round 3  HR interview

The last round was an HR interview.

Overall it was a good experience to see an environment in which an organization as big as Flowserve works and handles its duties.
