I have been working with Flair Labs for over a year. I applied through Internshala and after several rounds of interview, I received an offer from the company. It is easy to crack the interview if you have knowledge of data structures, and algorithms and have some basic problem-solving abilities. This is a great company to start your career as a software engineer.

I’ve been lucky enough to have access to areas or technologies I love, so it’s been a better journey for me than some of my coworkers who are stuck in areas they don’t really like. The training period is great because you will learn a lot and having amazing coworkers at Flair Labs has helped me a lot during these years. They also conduct problem-solving sessions and training sessions on different technologies to build tech competency among the teams and they also have a coffee break session once in a week where all the team gathers and have some fun activities for having a healthy environment.

As a new employee, you will have plenty of time to learn the field properly. After the training, the rest is the same, but the learning never ends and when you are assigned to a team and start working on a project, the responsibility comes. My main responsibilities as Software Engineer are:

  1. Understanding the business requirement and then developing the end-to-end solution.
  2. Create technical documentation for reference and reporting solution
  3. Writing clean, efficient code based on specification
  4. Testing and deploying programs and systems
  5. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software

Pros:-

  • Cutting-edge teams
  • Competitive salary
  • Health benefits
  • Business benefits
  • Supportive environment
  • Flexible timing
  • Ability to achieve personal goals.
  • Won’t be limited to one tech stack.

Cons:-

  1. You will have limited access to your tasks and team.
  2. Working conditions can slow personal growth and make time difficult.
