Evalueserve Interview Experience

I have been selected by the company Evalueserve in my college’s on-campus placement drive. The procedure of selection was very organized and systematic which is given here-

Round 1- Written Test

There was a 1-hour aptitude round where the major factor was speed. There were questions of easy to moderate level and if you have thorough practice of aptitude concepts then you can easily make your place for further rounds. You can refer to the gfg notes for the preparation of aptitude – Aptitude – Aptitude Questions and Answers (geeksforgeeks.org)

Round 2-Technical Interview

It was mostly about databases subject. They asked me basic questions about SQL at the start and then moved on forward asking about complex queries and also told me to write some queries based on the data they have provided. So be equipped with SQL to clear this round.

Round 3-HR Interview

It comprised mostly scenario-based questions such as:-

1. If you have not studied much for your exam tomorrow for XYZ reason then you have two options- first to read all the units at the surface level or to go deep in one unit, what will you choose?

2. How do you handle stressful situations and what is your approach?

3. When was the last time you felt yourself under extreme pressure but managed effectively to get out of it?

4. How do you keep yourself updated on the latest technological news?
