Esko Interview Experience for Software Engineer Trainee

Interview Process:

My process started after I applied for a job fair in 2021 and the details were shared with my college group.

I applied to Esko after getting offers from Infosys, TCS, and Cognizant which were all service-based and Esko was product based.

First is a selection of a Resume.

Out of 200 resumes, only 50 were selected.

1. The first round was aptitude which was shared through Microsoft forms consisting of 60-70 questions. The level of difficulty was medium.
2. Second was the technical round with the team lead and Engineering manager. It was 1 hour round in which there was a detailed discussion on topics like Java, Oops, Projects I have done in my internships, DBMS, and OS-related questions.
3. There was one coding question also related to patterns that were of Medium level.
4. After the technical round, Only an HR round was conducted for me in which there were general HR questions.
5. I got an offer in the same week of the interview.
