EPAM Systems Interview Experience 2023

I recently completed my 6 months Internship at EPAM Systems as a back-end intern working on techs like Spring Boot and Java.

The Process including tests and interviews started last year in May when I received an on-campus recruitment drive mail for EPAM Systems. Filled out the form in May 2022 and had my first online test in June starting.

Total Rounds: 5

First Round : Online Test (June 2022)

Online test Comprised of basic coding, aptitude, core concepts of java, data structures and algorithms questions and I cleared it successfully. After this online test ,after 2 weeks, we were called to college to give 2 round. Difficulty Level : Easy

Second Round : Offline Test (June 2022)

Offline test Comprised of 10-15 multiple choice questions and 2 coding problems in which I answered all. Just some test cases in one coding problems got left out. I got a mail that I got shortlisted after two weeks and had to give Group Discussion Round. Difficulty Level: Medium

Third Round : Online GD (July 2022)

Group Discussion was a thing i gave for the first time in my life but prepared for it by watching YouTube videos. Gave my views at least 3 times in the GD and was able to clear this round also. The result came next week and my technical interview was scheduled. Difficulty Level : Easy

Fourth Round : Technical Interview (July 2022)

I had Online Technical Interview in which Java, DSA as well as my offline test solutions were discussed. It lasted for about 45 minutes and I was able to answer many questions. It was not totally perfect but I answered honestly what i knew about the topic they asked. I was able to clear this round also and after waiting for nearly two weeks got a mail regarding my last round which was HR Interview. Difficulty Level : Easy

Fifth Round: HR Round (August 2022)

HR was very friendly and we had a nice ice breaker with a bit of chit chat. After that HR discussed about my passion, hobbies, why i want to join and all topics as people describe over the internet about HR Round. It lasted for 30 minutes and i was able to clear this round also. Difficulty Level : Easy

The Results came out after a month of waiting. I remember that all the people who gave HR Round was eagerly waiting for results. Nearly 50 people gave HR Round but final shortlisting comprised of only 9 students.

Overall Interview Experience: Having a basic knowledge of all CSE Topics and good speaking skills can easily make you clear EPAM Systems Interview as a fresher.

Summary:

• EPAM Systems is a great company to learn and work as a fresher.
• You might have to wait for weeks or months for your results for each round of placement process.
• Fresher Friendly and Good Work Culture.
• Good as compared to other Service Base Companies.
