Cloudkaptan Interview Experience 2023

Cloudkaptan is a Kolkata-based company. They start the requirement off-campus in February 2023. I applied online.

There were a total of 4 rounds.

1. Aptitude and coding round( 5 coding questions easy to medium level).
2. Technical Interview.
3. HR Interview.
4. CEO round.

If they are not satisfied with the technical interview then maybe they arrange 2nd technical interview also.

Technical Interview Experience

1. Introduce yourself
2. Questions on JAVA

• OOPS
• Exceptional Handling
• Multithreading
• Java-based Polymorphism and inheritance questions.
• SQL(database,DDL,DML,DCL,TCL)
• Normalization.

I got appreciation from the interviewer for my answers. then in almost 30 mins, they give me 2 coding questions. here I was not satisfied with their question. For the job role and CTC, they were asking too much.

both questions were from leetcode as I regularly code on leetcode i was familiar with and able to solve them.

• The array finds an element that is not repeated more than n times in O(n) time without using extra space.
• Tries data structure questions.

After that, I got selected for the HR round.

HR ROUND

• It was very simple round the interviewer asked about me and my family.
• then some questions on CN and SDLC
• He asked me about any other offer in my hand.
• I got selected for the CEO round.
• I was called to Kolkata for this interview.
• My interview was taken by CEO himself. Everything goes smoothly and I was able to give all the answers.
• But after some days, I got notified, They do not select me.

Reason: I told them I have an offer from the TATA subsidiary and my one of family members is working in TCS.

That’s why the CEO does not select me.

Tips: Do not tell about your job offers in this company otherwise they will not hire you especially CEO will never hire you rather you are most eligible for this role or not.
