OpenAI has rolled out the beta release of ChatGPT Plus, offering subscribers access to over 70 third-party chagpt plugins.

ChatGPT Plugins And Web Browsing Beta Rollout For Plus Users

OpenAI has introduced the beta launch of the long-awaited ChatGPT Plus features. Subscribers can now enjoy the expanded capabilities of ChatGPT through the availability of ChatGPT plugins. These plugins, previously accessible to only a limited number of users during the alpha phase, have now been made available to ChatGPT Plus subscribers, offering access to over 70 third-party plugins.

When ChatGPT entered the internet, its powerful AI made a much stronger impact than Web 3.0. ChatGPT has started its Plus subscription that offers faster, smoother, and better access. Currently, the Plus subscription is paid and is offered at $20 per month and $99 annually.

Now the Plus members will be unlocking new opportunities to access plugins and browse the web. Currently, ChatGPT is experimenting the new features, which will be available only for the plus users who opt-in.

ChatGPT and its Features

ChatGPT is an AI chatbot that answers your prompts with the most relevant answers. With the latest announcement by OpenAI, which includes the beta rollout for web browsing, about 70 plugins were offered to the users who will be opting in for the experimental feature.

ChatGPT’s artificial intelligence currently wishes to increase its horizons to achieve more tasks and offer more value to its users. As our team dug deeper, we were curious to learn what ChatGPT has to offer.

Opting for the New Experimental Features by ChatGPT

With the latest release of features by ChatGPT, plus users will be able to access 70 plugins in the beta version. With early access in the beta version, these experimental features will have to be separately opted for.

To access the features go to Settings and click on the Beta features panel. The beta feature panel should show up according to the latest version of GPT as per the latest version. Turn on the toggle for web browsing, code interpreter, and plugins.

Web browsing in ChatGPT

In the latest version, the beta phase offers the AI to automatically learn the use of the feature as per the prompt by the user.

For example, if you ask ChatGPT about the latest happenings or news on a specific topic, ChatGPT will automatically know to browse the web for the relevant output.

The Plugin Review

GPT-4 has plugins in different aspects, offering its users weather, tutoring, investment help, marketing guide, in-home guide, and so much more. However, only 3 of the seven plugins can opt for the AI chat. While testing different plugins, we feel there’s still little room for improvement.

There’s good news for the developers. If they wish to create ChatGPT plugin, they can join the wishlist now.
