ArisGlobal Interview Experience

Requirement:

• Required Skills: C, C++, DSA
• Eligibility Criteria: B.E/B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE/EE)
• CGPA: 7.00 and above (throughout career 70% including 10th & 12th)

I appeared in the on-campus placement of ArisGlobal LLC in November 2021 at the Birla Institute Of Technology, Mesra.

It was a five-round of process.

• Resume Shortlisting – The standard resume shortlisting round is based on skills, achievements, and CGPA.
• Online Coding Test – It was consisting of a total of 4 questions. 2 of them are basic Data structures like arrays and strings and the other 2 are from advanced Data structures like DP and graphs. I solved three of them and qualified for the next round.
• Technical Interview 1 – It started with a project discussion and we discussed my project for around 10-15 minutes. After that, he gave me one basic data structure question to reverse the linked list, and one moderate-level algorithm-based question (Graph). I was able to answer both the question.
• Technical Interview 2 – It was around 30 minutes interview. He asked one puzzle question and one moderate level from the data structure. I cleared this round too.
• Managerial round – It was basically a rapid-fire round and around 5 minutes. He asked some behavioral questions and my interest.

At the end of the day, the Training and Placement Cell informed me that I didn’t get selected. Only 2 of us reached the managerial round and they select only one 🙂
