Apisero India Pvt Ltd Interview Experience for Senior Software Engineer FTE

Hi All I am very glad to share my interview experience for Apisero India pvt. ltd I was selected in Apisero in Dec 21. The interview process completed in almost 20 days and it consisted of following 4 rounds.

Interview Rounds:

1. The first round was online written exam. This round consist of basic coding and aptitude question.
2. The second round was one to one video interview. In this round of interview I was asked some coding questions and some basic sql queries. The coding questions were related from searching and sorting and some basic logical questions. They asked me to find the 3rd largest salary from a table in SQL.
3. The third round was a managerial round and here they were mainly focusing on the type of work I can do. They even asked me about my experience and my projects. There were also some questions related to coding and SQL. This was also a video interview round.
4. The fourth round was an HR telephonic interview. They basically discussed about my salary. This is the best time to negotiate. If you have an extra offer in your hand then you can easily brag about it and get a higher pay.

Finally I was selected in Apisero with CTC of 10.5 LPA

Some key points to be noticed before joining the company are:

1. Never settle for less.
2. If you have an extra offer then you can easily negotiate to increase your CTC. Apisero is very good in this term.
3. The work life balance is very good here with no vacation policy available.
4. You can easily switch to other projects or your desired locations.
5. The rating criteria is very transparent with two appraisal cycle. Although every candidate is eligible for only one appraisal in a year based on the date of joining.
6. Apisero is now part of NTT data company.
