About Amity Noida:

Amity University, Noida which became the first Indian University to become the IET’s Academic Partner and to receive the prestigious IET UK Accreditation for its B. Tech programs, is now accredited with Grade ‘A’ by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) India.

Established in 1986, Amity University is affiliated with all of India’s major Certification and accreditation societies, making its courses highly reliable and job oriented, especially in Computer Science and Engineering(CSE) branch.

Why CSE?

In today’s era where Artificial Engineering (AI) is taking over many aspects of our lives, revolutionizing industries, transforming workflows, and reshaping societal norms.

AI has been advancing rapidly in recent years. AI has the potential to automate repetitive tasks, improve decision-making processes, enhance efficiency, and unlock new possibilities. So, AI technologies are being integrated into numerous industries, including healthcare, finance, transportation, manufacturing, and entertainment, among others.

Thus, the demand for skilled computer engineers and data scientists is ever-increasing…..

Eligibility

I couldn’t get a Computer Science branch in govt. colleges through JEE. Then I decided not to waste a year and work hard in a private college itself. As at the end what matters are your skills and how much proficient you are in coding languages and problem-solving.

To be eligible for admission to Amity Noida (Btech in CSE), candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. Education: Candidates should have completed their 10+2 examination or an equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects.
  2. Minimum Percentage: Candidates must have obtained a minimum percentage as specified by the college. (70% in all three subjects)
  3. Personal Interview: in the interview, they ask simple questions like why you want to opt for this specific branch and a few general questions about Computers. (It’s the easiest to clear.) I have written more about my interview experience in another post.
  4. So the admission process is purely based on board examinations and interviews, you just have to attach JEE main scorecard (if given), but it’s fine if someone has not cleared jee.

Scholarship – students scoring 95+ in their 10+2 board exams are eligible for scholarships.
