Act21 Software Pvt. Ltd. Interview Experience

Recently, I appeared for the ACT21 assessment for the position of Software Engineer Trainee. I applied for the role through LinkedIn and reached out to the HR representative. Upon contacting her, she provided me with an online aptitude test to complete.

Round 1: After successfully clearing the initial round which is an online aptitude test, I progressed to the second round, which involved coding Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and two coding problems related to arrays and strings.

Round 2: The second round was a Technical round where I was interviewed by an expert in the field. The interviewer asked me questions related to linked lists, strings, and arrays. The difficulty level of the questions ranged from average to medium.

Round 3: The third round was another Technical round, during which the interviewer focused on reviewing my previous approaches to problem-solving. Additionally, they asked me questions about star patterns, and a few SQL queries, and inquired about my past projects.

Round 4: The final round was an HR round, where the interviewer asked me about my projects, family background, strengths, and weaknesses.

Overall, I had a positive experience throughout the interview process. The interviewers were friendly and supportive, always willing to help if I encountered any difficulties. The difficulty level of the questions varied from average to medium.
