Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering Campus Experience

College after 12th was a different experience for me and it was very new there was a calm feeling after the pressure of the engineering entrance exam.

I got 92 percentile in the engineering entrance exam, and after that, I got nit Srinagar College but I got a chemical branch in which I was not satisfied and I passed an option which was YCCE college of Nagpur in which I got IT branch. The admission to colleges in Jaipur was closed and I was from Jaipur the distance between Nagpur and Jaipur is very long there so I discussed it with my family members and then we decided that I took Nagpur admission and then my first year started. It was a bit strange because I was not familiar with Marathi and I could talk in Marathi so initially I paid little attention but later I became familiar and I was excited because this was my first year with covid and my almost first semester.

After passing out, I did the research for placement and started DSA starting from 2nd sem and now because I didn’t have much extracurricular, I passed out in the second sem and made 2 to 3 friends after 2nd sem and in 3rd sem I started web and android development I started my third sem and then in 4th sem, I talk openly with everyone in the class and I made new friends After becoming friends, I came to know about the engineering life in which we talk about friends and what it is then in 4th sem, with the practice of DSA and development and with friends, we passed this sem also, then in 5th sem, we got our extracurricular.

I was not even a member of any club so I decided to organize a coding competition with my friends and it was very successful. After that the department fest started and I got the post of database co-head I did a good thing and did a fest with my friends and I enjoyed it after that I gained a little knowledge of coding culture in our department and then we decided to start a new club of coding in our college. I and my team started a student chapter of geeksforgeeks . I got the position of vice chairman and we decided that through this we should start giving the advantage of coding and its preparation to our students and our juniors and where we should share it and this is what we have done in our college bunks and movies and night stays. this is the best sem for us because in this sem we know what is the real college life in this sem we do both works like enjoy as well as our curriculum and this is the story of my 5 sems in the college and currently I am in 6th sem.
