How to Reset Password in Hotmail Account?

Here are the steps that give the overview of how to reset the password in a hotmail or Outlook account-

  • If a hotmail account is already created, then we have to click the sign-in button to enter the credentials i.e. email address and password to log in to the account.
  • It first asked the email address that we created.
  • After that, we fill up the password in the password field, but the password is not remembered, so in that case, we reset the password. The code is generated at the email address or mobile number. If we put email address in verfication, so the code is generated in our email address and if we select mobile number in verification. So, the code is generated at our mobile number.
  • After that, we create a new password that was not used previously.
