Virtusa Corporation is an American information technology services company founded in 1996 in Sri Lanka and has its headquarters in Southborough, Massachusetts, United States.Virtusa Corporation is a global provider of Digital Business Transformation, Digital Engineering, and Information Technology (IT) outsourcing services.

Hiring Process:-

• Online Assessment
• Technical Interview
• PI Round

Online Assessment:-

• Coding  1 Complete Output (50% Cut off Percentile)
• Verbal 16  (60% Cut off Percentile)
• Quants 13  (60% Cut off Percentile)
• Reasoning 12  (60% Cut off Percentile)
• Written English Test Less than 5 mistakes  (70% Cut off Percentile)

There is NO negative marking. 

After clearing the online Assessment I got a mail for a Technical interview the next day.

Technical Interview:-
My entire Technical interview went on for 50 to 70 min.

1. introduce yourself
2. In which programing language do you find yourself comfortable (My answer was C++, and after this majority of the questions were based on C++) 
3. What is the difference between C and C++?
4. What is the major application of C++ in real-life application
5. What is the OOPs concept?
6.  The main pillar of OOPs, explain all with a real-life example
7. Difference between Compile Time Polymorphism and Runtime Polymorphism..
8. What is a virtual function?
9.  What do you know about friend class and friend function?
10.  What is a copy constructor?
11. What are void pointers?
12. Allocate and deallocate memory in C++
13. Difference between static and global variables?
14. .How do you declare the Global variable?
15. What are the flaws of C++?
16.  What are the flaws of OOPs?
17.  Write a program to check whether a number is even or odd without using the %(mod) operator and swapping method
18.  What are the key features of our project?
19.  What makes your project model better than the previous model or what are the features that you have added?
20.  Do you have any questions from my side?

PI Round:-

1.  Introduce myself.
2.  Interviewer asked me about my Family background.
3. Why Virtusa?
4.  Are you aware of the bond agreement which is for 2 years?
5. Are you willing to reallocate?
6. Do you have any questions?

The result was declared when all interviews were done.

Tips:-

• learn one programming language perfectly. 
• Must be good knowledge of computer fundamentals.
• Show your willingness to learn even if you are not able to answer any of their questions.
