Hai guys, hope you are doing well. In this article, I want to share my interview experience with Tejas networks (on campus). Basically, it contains one online assessment followed by a TR and finally an HR round. ,it is a core networking company and now it comes under the roof of TATA.

Online Assessment( 2 hours )

let me first discuss the online assessment, It contains three sections,

  • Aptitude
  • CS fundamentals (DBMS,OS, CN)
  • Coding ( Only c/c++)

Aptitude questions are a bit tricky and cs questions are easy. Coding questions are very easy. 3 coding questions were asked. The first question is on basic math and the second one also comes under math but it can also be done in other ways. The third question is based on recursion with greed. As far as I know, they did not check the time constraint ( I mean even brute force will be accepted ). However, due to one silly reason, I could not clear this round. My sincere suggestion is that even though there is no plagiarism check as far as I know, please don’t try to help your neighbors during the exam cause it will kill your time. I am saying this with my experience and even try not to rely on others.

Technical Round

When it comes to TR round my friend got selected to the TR and he said that the interviewer mainly focused on CN as it is a networking-based company. They require candidates who were good at c/c++ and questions were asked related to Data structures like linked lists and as well as OOPs concepts were also covered. He suggested that to prepare more about protocols in every layer of the OSI model.

HR round

In HR they asked some basic friendly questions like hobbies, why Tejas?, competitors of tejas?, Job location and some questions regarding the pay. Make sure to speak a politely and without any fear.

I hope this article will help you.

THANK YOU
