Tech Mahindra Interview Experience for Software Engineer (Off-Campus)

Hi guys, Recently I have undergone the interview process for Tech Mahindra off-campus drive 2023. In this interview process, there are 5 rounds. Each round has its own subdivision as well.

ROUND 1 [Aptitude]:

• Subdivisions: logical reasoning, mental ability, critical thinking) which is quite easy for anyone to crack.

ROUND 2 [Coding test] :

• Subdivisions: MCQs (operating system, DBMS, sort, search), psychometric test, two coding questions) the normal level of questions and easy-to-solve.

ROUND 3 [Conversational test]:

• This will be like listening to things and replying especially using headphones will be easier for you to crack… as this round is to listen and repeat or reply.

ROUND 4 [Technical interview]:

• This round will be based on your resume and academic projects.

ROUND 5 [HR round]:

• This is very easy, they will just check your communication level.
