TSS Interview Experience (On-Campus) 2023-2024.

I recently had the opportunity to attend the on-campus interview process for TSS Consultancy. The interview process was very well-organized and consisted of four rounds:

1. Online Assessment Test: This test was conducted on the Codeassess platform and consisted of three sections: programming, aptitude, and OOPs concepts. The programming section had two questions, one of which was a basic coding question and the other was a more challenging problem-solving question. The aptitude section had 25 MCQs, and the OOPs concepts section had 10 MCQs. The difficulty level of the test was moderate, and I found it to be a good way to assess my knowledge of the fundamentals of programming and computer science.
2. Technical Round 1: This round was conducted by a TSS developer. The interviewer started by asking me about my background and experience. Then, they asked me afew questions about OOPs concepts. Finally, they gave me three coding questions to solve. I was able to answer all of the questions correctly, and the interviewer seemed satisfied with my performance.
3. Technical Round 2: This round was conducted by a TSS senior developer. The interviewer started by asking me more in-depth questions about OOPs concepts. Then, they gave me three coding questions to solve one by one. The questions were more challenging than the ones.
4. HR Round: This round was conducted by a TSS HR representative. The interviewer asked me about soft skills, such as communication skills, teamwork skills, and problem-solving skills.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with the TSS on-campus interview process. The interviewers were all very knowledgeable and professional, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I am confident that I would be a valuable asset to TSS, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have interviewed with them.

Tips for Acing the TSS On-campus Interview:

• Make sure you are familiar with the fundamentals of programming and computer science.
• Practice solving coding problems.
• Be able to answer questions about OOPs concepts.
• Be prepared to talk about your soft skills.
• Be prepared to answer questions about your projects. The interviewers will want to know what you have worked on in the past and how you can use your skills to contribute to TSS.
• Be prepared to talk about your career goals. The interviewers want to know that you are serious about a career in software development and that you are a good fit for TSS.
• Be enthusiastic and passionate about software development. The interviewers want to see that you are excited about the field and that you are eager to learn and grow.
