SLK Software Interview Experience

This pool campus was conducted in our college and they selected 24 from our college. They performed 3 rounds and all of them were conducted offline only.

Round 1 : (Online Assessment- MCQs and 1 Coding Question) 120 mins of assessment which includes the aptitude questions, logical questions, grammar, some technical questions and one coding question.

We got our result that day night and the next day we have our 2nd round.

Round 2 : (Technical Interview) -avg of 30 mins my interview was held. Just prepare well for your resume and the panel member was so friendly. He Introduced himself and asked for my introduction.

• Introduce yourself.
• Asked some questions about my hobbies that I have mentioned.
• Asked a few questions about my projects.
• He also asked what is my role in the project and give me some situations and asked me how would u handle these situations.
• I choose Python as my main language he asked a few basic questions about Python like what you mean by packages, whether Python is object-oriented only yes or no and why.
• Few basic questions on dbms and some SQL queries.

Round 3 : (HR Interview)

• Introduce yourself.
• Why do you want to join SLK.
• If you get selected for some good companies like TCS, Accenture etc with a good package will you leave here and join there?
• What is your role in the project?
• And by looking at some achievement parts he asked me what is my contribution to my team.

Result: Selected
