One day, out of the blue we got to know about the on-campus drive of Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre that happened in November 2022. Here is my Interview Experience at Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre (RNTBC) for the role of Software Engineer Trainee.

Round 1: [Online Assessment]

The first step turned into a complete Online Assessment, which consists of 4 sections: English, Aptitude/Verbal, Computer Concepts, and Coding. The English, Aptitude, and Computer Concepts sections were moderate, while the Coding segment changed into extra difficult. It consisted of 3 coding questions, with the third one being mainly difficult. Out of approximately 150 candidates, the best 40, consisting of myself, advanced to the technical interview.

Round 2: [Technical Interview]

The technical interview started with a focus on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). The interviewer asked me about Encapsulation, Abstraction and its use cases in OOP, accompanied by some coding questions that difficulty ranges from easy to moderate, Questions were from normal string and substring. As I expressed my preference for Java, I have been asked some Java-related questions like Multiple Inheritance, String Builder Multi-Threading, etc. The interview lasted for about 50 minutes and examined my technical talents.

Round 3: [HR Interview]

The HR interview began with a question about my final year project. This became observed by technical questions related to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method used inside the task and the tech stack selected. The communication also protected my strengths, weaknesses, and discussions approximately the carrier agreement and process place. The HR interview, which lasted for about 15 to 20 minutes, supplied a comprehensive view of my abilities past the technical realm.

Result: Selected

In the end, the interview method at Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre was a rewarding experience that explored both my technical and private aspects. To those embarking on similar trips, I wish you the great of luck!
