People10 Technosoft Pvt Ltd is an agile and lean product development company focussing on web development. I have been working with this firm for two years and I can testify that my experience with this company has been nothing less than wonderful. People10 has an excellent work culture that greatly values it’s employees and provides an amazing platform for learning and development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

My role in this firm was as a focused UI engineer focused on React and Next.js. But in time, I was allowed to expand to the middleware side too by adding PH P and GraphQL to the list.

Types of Projects:

We have projects from different areas. We have our hand in the airline sector, education sector, golf course management system, and so on.

Team Dynamics and Work Environment:

The work environment is amazing. People10 is filled with very enthusiastic people who really work hard and at the same time foster a great sense of team spirit. There are various programs organized within the company to bring everyone together and there is definitely a sense of togetherness built within the company.

Work-life balance:

People10 follows a work-from-home policy and therefore gives a lot of importance to work-life balance. It also follows a 5-day week with the weekends off.
