Nykaa Interview Experience

I got the opportunity to Interview for the SDE 2 role at Nykaa.

So, a recruiter reached out to me over E-mail and scheduled my first technical rounds.

Overall there were 3 Rounds:

Round 1 (DSA) 1 hr

In this round, I was asked 2 Questions about Leetcode Medium i.e. Leetcode 11 [Container with Most Water] & Leetcode 49 [Group Anagrams] Lucky me had solved these questions before and did clear this round easily.

Round 2 (LLD) 1 hr

In this round, I was asked to design a McDonald’s retail outlet. API implementation and designing data schema were expected along with Follow-ups. Apart from design questions, I was asked an easy coding problem too.

Round 3 (HLD & Managerial) 1 hr

In this round, the interviewer was the manager & he discussed in detail my past projects and work experience. After that, a high-level design of an engine for targeted campaigns at scale was expected.

As I had prior knowledge and prepared myself for the interview, the overall interview process was quite easy for me.
