To Take admission to Gurukul you have to clear an interview first

As the application deadline for NavGurukul’s free software programming course approached, my excitement and anticipation grew. The idea of embarking on a learning journey with an organization that aimed to empower inter-village girls like me through education was both inspiring and exhilarating. Little did I know that the admission process itself would be an unforgettable experience.

The moment I submitted my application, I received an email inviting me to the first round of the admission process 

Round 1: Algebra Round

The Algebra Round. Nervously, I logged into the online platform where I was greeted with a series of challenging algebraic problems. The questions ranged from basic equations to complex inequalities, testing not only my mathematical skills but also my problem-solving abilities.

Sitting in front of my computer, I delved into the world of algebra, applying the concepts I had learned in school and honed through self-study. The timer ticking away in the corner of the screen added an extra layer of pressure, but I was determined to give it my all. After submitting my answers, a sense of accomplishment washed over me, regardless of the outcome.

Days later, an email arrived informing me that I had successfully advanced to the second round

Round 2: English Round

The English Round. This time, I was presented with a diverse set of challenges focused on English comprehension, grammar, and vocabulary. The questions ranged from reading passages and answering questions to identifying errors in sentences.

While English had always been a subject I enjoyed, this round pushed me to think critically and apply my knowledge in new ways. I appreciated how NavGurukul was not just looking for technical skills, but also recognized the importance of effective communication in the world of software development.

Round 3: Culture Fit Round

As I progressed to the third and final round, I felt a mix of excitement and nervousness. The email explained that this round, the Culture Fit Round, was designed to assess how well I aligned with NavGurukul’s values and mission. I was asked to submit a short video introducing myself and explaining why I wanted to join the program.

This round allowed me to express my passion for learning, my dreams of becoming a software developer, and how NavGurukul’s unique approach resonated with me. It was an opportunity to showcase my personality and demonstrate my commitment to making the most of this incredible opportunity.

The Outcome

After weeks of anticipation, an email finally arrived. My heart raced as I opened it and read the words that brought tears of joy to my eyes: “Congratulations! You have been selected for NavGurukul’s software programming course.”

My online admission experience with NavGurukul had been nothing short of transformative. The organization’s dedication to providing free education to inter-village girls was matched only by the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of their admission process. From algebra to English to culture fit, each round pushed me to grow, learn, and showcase my potential.
