ABES Engineering College Ghaziabad Admission Experience

Hello everyone, I took admission to A B E S Engineering College Ghaziabad affiliated with the A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University (A K T U). I enrolled in the 2021-2025 batch for a Bachelor of Technology and Engineering (B-Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering-Data Science. The course is for undergraduate students and its duration is 4 years (8 semesters) Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my first semester was conducted online and I started my campus journey from 2nd semester onwards, my admission journey was quite easy and not much stressful, Here are the brief details of my entire admission process, entrance exam, and eligibility criteria.

Admission Process

In my college, 85% of seats in Btech courses will filled through JEE Main scores. A counseling named UPSEE is done by AKTU. The college is allotted on the basis of JEE main score and an allotment letter will be provided thereafter, the candidate is required to visit the college on the dates as mentioned in the Allotment letter for the final reporting along with the required fees and documents here is the list of documents that were required to take admission in reporting time

• Allotment Letter
• Result of the Entrance Exam
• 10th Mark sheet
• 10th Passing Certificate
• 12th Mark sheet
• 12th Passing Certificate
• Transfer Certificate (T.C.) (for UP Board / UP Technical Board students)
• Migration Certificate (other than UP Board/ Other Technical Board / Universities)
• Character Certificate
• Caste Certificate (In case of OBC issued after 01.04.2022)
• Income certificate (issued after 01.04.2022) / Income Tax Return (Current Year)
• Gap Affidavit if applicable (On Rs 10/- Stamp Paper)
• Domicile certificate
• Medical Fitness Certificate

Physical reporting is mandatory to confirm admission. In any case, if you fail to report physically to the college as per the dates given in the allotment letter, your admission will be treated as canceled and you won’t be able to take admission through the allotment letter make sure before moving towards college to reporting, please fill the online admission form and while reporting following fees were required to get admission

• Hostel Fees (If opted)
• University Examination, Enrolment & E-Consortium Fees
• Uniform Fee
• Transport Fee(if opted)
• ERP/ ID Card etc. Rs. 950/- ( Rs 800 + Taxes)

After paying all the fees I get admission. I was excited to continue my educational journey here at A B E S Engineering College. I wish to have a bright future and opportunities in the upcoming semesters.
