L.G soft Interview Experience

Hello everyone, I am going to tell you about my interview experience in LG soft for the post of a software developer. So, I got this opportunity from campus placement. I was shortlisted for the campus drive. I am going to tell you were getting each and every step of my interview process which will help you in your placements and interviews.

Firstly I was shortlisted through campus recruitment criteria for LG Soft.

Round 1 was an assessment scheduled in which questions from basic DBMS, OS, and CN and basics of data structures and programming were given. After clearing and got shortlisted for another round. I was moved into round 2.

Round 2 was technical interview 1 in which my resume was visited and I was asked questions from my resume they asked about data structures and algorithms in detail and about core subjects (DBMS, OS, CN). My first question was to introduce myself, I introduced myself very well and then they moved to data structures in which they asked me to “reverse a string” and to “count the frequency of characters“. I answer both the solutions to them and they were happy with the solution. Then after clearing this round, I was moved to round 3

Round 3 was technical interview 2. In this round again the questions were asked from my resume and they asked me about my projects which I have done in detail. The technology I used and all the related questions, so you should know each and everything about your project. I answer all the questions, and they were satisfied with my answers. Then after this round, I was moved to round 4.

Round 4 was an HR round in which they go through my resume very deeply and asked questions regarding my projects and the things mentioned in my resume. I answer all the questions. The questions were to introduce myself, why should we hire you? , about my hobbies, and some condition-based questions. The interview was very good as the recruiters were very polite and supportive.

The overall experience was very great. If you have basic knowledge and you are good in communication you can easily crack the interview. Just keep in mind that confidence and honesty can help you a lot to crack interviews. Some points to remember when giving such interviews

• Do not get panicky or nervous
• Clear with basics and improve your communication skills.
• Be confident while answering and if you don’t know anything just simply say no, do not try to answer anything wrong this can reflect a wrong impression.
