The jqxPasswordInput is a jQuery widget that enables the input field passwords with nice visual feedback about the password’s strength.

The showStrengthPosition property is used to set or return the position of the tooltip element that displays the password strength. It accepts String type value and its default value is “right”.

Its possible values are –

  • “left”
  • “right”

Syntax:

$('selector').jqxPasswordInput({ showStrengthPosition: String });

Return the showStrengthPosition property.

var SSP = $('selector').jqxPasswordInput('showStrengthPosition ');
