Hi there,

This is Jaison. I joined IT last year in August 2022, at that time I know the basics of programming only. That is java, c, PHP and frontend technology. Then I functional KT and technical KT. In the beginning, I task but it took time but learnt the basics from the beginning. Tried to understand functional and technical parts and give reverse KT given to seniors also. Then I got a real defect to work on the front end and delivered the code also. After that, I got backend defects and other work. Learnt many things. I compare myself to last year and this year I improved a lot. Now I am not a fresher. I am proud of myself.
That’s a wonderful perspective! It’s great to hear that you recognize the ongoing learning process in your career as a Java developer. As a fresher, you have the opportunity to absorb knowledge and build a strong foundation in your domain. And you’re absolutely right, learning is a continuous journey that keeps evolving as technology and industry trends change.

Developing problem-solving skills is a crucial aspect of being a developer, and it’s fantastic that you’ve been able to enhance them over the past few months. As you continue to work on projects and collaborate with teams, that sense of responsibility will indeed grow, and you’ll find yourself contributing to meaningful solutions and innovations.

Leant these skills

  • Designing, developing, testing, problem-solving
  • Using Java, object-oriented concepts
  • Full stack development
  • Team management, communication, presentation
  • Giving KT to new people in the project

I compare myself to last year and this year I improved a lot. Now I am not a fresher. I am proud of myself.

Thank you.
