HCL TECH On-Campus Drive Volunteer Experience

Hello geeks, I am a student in my prefinal year at Bhopal.

For this article, I want to share with you my experience volunteering on my college campus for HCL TECH.

Before the start of the article, a few things to know in our college HCL TECH visit for campus hiring for final year students. Being a pre-final year student it was a great opportunity for us to see how campus hiring is done which means we have to work earlier. in which area the interviewer most asked the question. and getting to know the process is most important.

Here are some points

First Points about what I learnt A first and foremost thing I have learnt is your attitude matters a lot and if you are working towards your dreams then you achieve your goal your attitude is more important. And second thing I have learnt, your project is most important for your resume. Most interviewees asked Ane common questions in the technical round “Tell me about your project” If you haven’t worked on projects start work on that.

Last but not least thing I have learnt in this experience that expect of your technical knowledge as well as your communication is also important and some interviewers also questions to check your logical thinking and critical thinking. These are some of my learning.
