Happay Interview Experience for SDE-1

I have applied through the Happay career website. After one week I received an online Assessment link.

Online Round(July 2022): There were 2 coding questions. One coding question is easy and the second one is a medium Leetcode question. I have been able to solve both questions. After 2-3 days I got a call from Hr and I cleared the online assessment.

Round 1(August 2022): The Interview started with a quick introduction and then the interviewer asked me about my internship experience and some Django questions. Then Interviewer moves to the DSA question.

• The first question is Leetcode easy https://leetcode.com/problems/sort-colors/description/
• The second question is a version of this question https://leetcode.com/problems/string-compression/

I have been able to solve both questions. In the last interviewer ask one puzzle question. After 2-3 days, I got a mail from their recruitment team and cleared this round.

Round 2(August 2022): In this round the interviewer started with introductions. Then the interviewer asks me two DSA Questions.

The first question is Medium (https://www.interviewbit.com/problems/repeat-and-missing-number-array/ ) I have able to solve this question in O(n) but the interviewer was not happy with my approach

The second question is based on a tree(https://leetcode.com/problems/subtree-of-another-tree)

After DSA Question, Interviewer asked me about some Django ORM(Database) queries I have not able to solve those queries without a loop, but the interviewer want to solve those queries without a loop.

After 2-3 days I got mail you are not selected.
