GHRCE is one of the best colleges in Nagpur know for the technical courses offered by the institute. GHRCE is an ‘A++’ accredited by NAAC and an autonomous college. The campus area of our college is spread over 1-2 acres so as of now we don’t have a playground but there’s another college of Raisoni group where sports activities take place.

In our college, there’s a clean and good canteen, potbhare(a small famous stall kind of canteen) where you will find queues of students and staff for Samosa and Kachori, an indoor sports room and yes you can also have access to college Gym as well.

The best of our college is its annual cultural festival Antaragni

which plays a vital role in us Raisonian’s life. At the start of the year, we eagerly wait for Antaragni every year because it comes with all the joy as it gives us so many opportunities to enhance our personality and make an impact in college as students. If you’re good at outdoor games & sports you can participate in Parakram and if you like to participate in indoor games you can participate in Technorian games. Basically, all those events occur in a row for a week such that we can participate in many games as we want.

Let’s know what Parakram, Technorian, and Antaragni include:

1. Parakram: Football, Basketball, Dodgeball, Chess, Powerlifting, Kabaddi, Badminton, Volleyball, Futsal, Pool, Sepak Takraw, Kno-Kho, Cricket, Tug of War and Athletics.
2. Technorian: COD, Rocket League, Game in action, Robo Soccer, Bridge making, tower making, valiant, technical quiz, and many more.
3. Antaragni: Street dance, Theme dance, Fashion show, Singing, Talent Show, Folk dance, Open mic.

The most interesting thing about Antaragni is all the games are arranged and organized by students for the students. I’ve been an anchor for DJ War and Shivaji Act it’s been such an amazing experience for me.

IT Branch is the best branch in GH Raisoni College because of its contribution in Research and development. I would like to let you know that under the guidance of Dr. Mahendra Gaikwad, Professor & Head-IT, GHRCE had successfully built and developed the UNITYSAT (Nano-Satellite) GHRCESat and launched by ISRO.

G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering’s focus on extracurricular activities reflects its commitment to nurturing students who are not only academically proficient but also capable of facing real-world challenges with confidence and a holistic approach.

Hostel Facilities

GHRCE has two hostels one for boys and another one for girls. The boys hostel is in the college campus itself, whereas girls hostel is outside the campus area. But for girls there’s bus facilities. The cost of hostel rent goes up to 80-90k for a year.
