Ecolab Interview Experience (On-Campus) 2023

The Placement Process includes: 

• Online Test (Analytical, Communication, and Programming
• Coding Round
• Technical round
• HR Interviews

Note: Each round is an elimination round. 

Aptitude Test [30 min]: There are 30 questions in 30 min. platform coCubes AON. which is easy and medium-level questions. We have to manage time according to questions. This section is an elimination round so we have to qualify for this round. It contains quant, logical, aptitude, and verbal questions. if you qualify for this round then you got an assessment for the next round.

Coding Round [45 min]: Includes 3 coding questions of intermediate level. Questions were: 

• Based on one formula given in the question itself. 
• Minimum characters to append at the end to make the string palindromic
• String-related – I don’t remember. 

I was able to solve all of them and got an email for the technical interview. 

Technical Interview [ 30 min]: The interviewer was very nice. He asked me many questions related to technology. 

• He gave more emphasis on my project work and what other Internships I had done in my college. 
• He asked me to solve a coding question that was related to hashMap and asked some SQL queries. 
• Also, he asked me some questions about Java and some working on the in-built methods. 

After 1-2 hours, I got a mail for the HR round. 

HR Round [ 15 min]: HR asked me to explain my project and other HR questions. She also asked me about Ecolab. So, please read about the company before proceeding to the interview process. 

My HR round went very well and on the next day, I got a mail for the selection. 🙂
