EatOn Interview Experience

Eaton came to our college for placement of the 2023 batch and I have applied for the recruitment process of Eaton through the college below is my personal experience through the whole process

Round 1: As many students have applied for the Eaton recruitment process so this was the resume shortlisting round, they shortlisted the students for the next interview round.

Round 2: There were 45 students in this round, and this was a purely technical interview, and the experience was pretty good as the interviewer was very friendly and it became a two-way communication. They asked me about the OOPs concept, the coding examples related to the OOPs, also the language I am good at, and a few technical questions related to that language, the question related to the academic projects which are mentioned in the resume.

Round 3 HR ROUND: So out of 45 only 15 were selected for the HR round and the HR round was pretty easy as there were few questions about the family and the academic information to date and the project explanation mentioned in the resume. 

Finally, 8 students were selected through the whole process, and I was one of them.
